The rates referred to above are exclusive of the costs of room hire, conference/break out rooms and any catering.
The standard mediation service, in accordance with the instructions of the parties, ordinarily includes:
- Separate Pre mediation conference with the parties as required
- Review of all reading material
- Review of position papers
- Preparation of Mediation Agreement and Confidentiality
Agreement - Travel time and ancillary travel disbursements
- Conducting the mediation including finalisation and
administration services
