At MGH Solutions our fees are designed to meet the reasonable expectations of parties to a dispute. Our Founding Director (Mark Hicks) has over 25 years’ experience in the law and other areas of conflict resolution and management. However, our vision is to assist people, organisations, government agencies and businesses to realise timely and creative outcomes to disputes in a cost-effective way.
Commercial mediation/litigated claims – For a full day mediation in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area with 2 parties and separate legal representation a mediation fee of $4,500 plus GST is charged. Preparation, ancillary expenses and pre read is charged at an hourly rate of $450 plus GST.
For a half day mediation (up to 3.5 hours) in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area with 2 parties and separate legal representation a mediation fee of $3,000 plus GST is charged. Preparation, ancillary expenses and pre read is charged at an hourly rate of $450 plus GST. In circumstances where the mediation goes beyond 3.5 hours each hour, or part thereof, is charged at an hourly rate of $500 plus GST.
Workplace mediation – For a full day mediation in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area with 2 parties a flat rate of $3,500 plus GST is charged. This rate includes all reading, pre mediation conferences and travel time. A half day mediation rate is also available.
