At MGH Solutions our fees are designed to meet the reasonable expectations of our clients.

Our Founding Director (Mark Hicks) has approximately 20 years’ experience in the law and management. Mark is a qualified trainer and has experience and tertiary qualifications in education. Mark has a passion for training and brings a unique style ensuring engagement.

Our vision is to assist people, organisations, government agencies and businesses to realise timely and creative outcomes to disputes in a cost-effective way and to enhance their dispute management capability.

Consultation Service Fees are charged at an hourly rate of $500 plus GST for
the following:

  • Structure and effectiveness of in-house legal offerings
  • General litigation management planning
  • Review of in house legal and claims team infrastructure including
    HR deployment, workflows, escalations, delegations, precedent
    suite, process maps and claims management manuals
  • High volume and complex claims management strategies and cleansing of portfolios
  • Corporate coaching and mentoring
  • Restructure and effectiveness of claims management teams

Workplace Training is charged at a flat rate of $2,250 plus GST for a full day
(0900-1600) and $1,750 plus GST for a half day (0900-1230 or 1230-1600)
