At MGH Solutions our fees are designed to meet the reasonable expectations of parties to a dispute. Our Founding Director (Mark Hicks) has approximately 20 years’ experience in the law and other areas. However, our vision is to assist people, organisations, government agencies and businesses to realise timely and creative outcomes to disputes in a cost-effective way.
Expert conclaves are charged at an hourly rate of $500 per hour plus GST for attendance at the conclave. Any preparation time and time spent after the conclave relevant to administration and finalising the report is charged at an hourly rate of $375 per hour plus GST.
